This information will only be used by Long Shadows Vintners, and in limited cases by Long Shadows Vintners service providers who are subject to confidentiality agreements and who share Long Shadows commitment to protecting your privacy and data.

We use the latest encryption technologies, rigorous password protections, and stringent limits on the number of people who have access to your information, all to guard against unauthorized access to the data. 

Delivery Policies
Wine sold to you is sold in Washington and title passes to you, the buyer, in Washington. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to your selected destination. You must be 21 years or older to purchase wine. By placing your order, you certify under penality of perjury that you and the recipient are at least 21 years old. 

Return and Credit Card Refund Policies
Long Shadows guarantees the highest quality of all our wines.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 30 days of purchase.  We will process refunds to the credit card used at the time of purchase upon receiving your returned shipment.   Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
